Repairs to the toilet flat mechanism
Most common problem on the toilet cisterns is leaking float valve- due to perished rubber washer or accumulation of lime scale they can’t get closed and will continuously fill your cistern. Other common problem is when membrane inside of the flush valve gets cracked- you have to pump the lever handle several times before water will go into the toilet pan. This was on old system and now more modern types of the valves have better construction and are less problematic. We can replace old valves for you or upgrade with new flushing system

Changing, installing shower pumps
Depend on where your house/flat is located, on which floor level water pressure might be an issue- when you are trying to get shower and water just dripping from the shower head, or there is too low pressure to feed your appliances. You always have an option to increase pressure on your property by installing pressure booster pump- it can be done to gravity feed system or can be done as a mains booster (this option is not recommended to the property that is having water shortage problems)

Re-build, adding or taking down fake walls
We can work on metal or timber studs to create partition walls- doesn’t matter on which materials we are working- our walls are always straight (we know how to use spirit levels)

Welding
We repair iron fencing, re-attaching rusted gates, replacing metal lock boxed, can create new metal gates and railings. If you will call professional welding company for small project they will refuse the work or charge you premium for wasting their time, with use you can get your work done for cheaper.

Leak detection
